The ideal candidate will have experience working with concrete or construction materials products and leading a team. Role Meet weekly production targets set for the facility. Allocate production team Establish and maintain routine and preventative maintenance programs for production facility and mobile plant to minimise down time. Ensure adequate stocks of raw materials, plant consumables and spare parts are available at all times. Ensure that product conforms to agreed high quality standards. Monitor product stocks and plan production accordingly. Ensure company employees and sub-contractors comply with the company health & safety policy and procedures. Ensure that product is conveyed, stacked and transported securely. Actively strive to reduce costs and to maximise productivity of production facility and loading operations.
