Our client, an independent, family run, market leading commercial insurance brokerage based in Redhill, is currently looking to recruit a Junior Account Handler within their Commercial Insurance Team due to recent business growth.
You will be part of a busy team where you will perform basic administration tasks, deal with incoming post, general and process renewal and new business documentation to enable Sales and Account Handlers to deal directly with customers.
You will be joining a team of friendly professionals that really do get on and care about the company they work for.
You will have a proven working or higher level knowledge of Income Protection, Life, Critical Illness and disability products.
You will provide fair and balanced underwriting decisions using the appropriate amount of evidence necessary.
You will assess all applications that aren't accepted by our online underwriting engine - initial applications, additional information, amendments plus assess medical and financial risks and evidence.
They are keen to speak with those who are used to dealing with a good cross section of commercial policies and able to handle a client with several policies due at the same time.
