Working as part of the Recoveries team, responsible for managing a portfolio of Latent Defect Insurance Recoveries cases on behalf of the client, working with clients, policyholders and property developers to achieve successful settlement results.

Administrator - Insurance Claims

To support the Assets Investment Manager to check data and verify investment decisions to ensure all properties meet Decent Homes Standard.
To plan, prioritise and ensure delivery of planned and cyclical maintenance programmes and projects on all properties, including budgetary control, contract management, service coordination and administration to ensure that projects are delivered to the agreed standards and achieve the expected levels of customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
Plan and produce annually, detailed assessments for each property within the designated programme / portfolio, to identify and prioritise the need for improvement works and ensure that the planned maintenance programme is updated accordingly and delivered in line with the Asset Management Strategy.
