You will be carrying out all planed and reactive maintenance works for the FM contracts and sites. What you'll be doing as a Mobile Gas Engineer, your main accountabilities will be as follows: Ensure all PPM's is carried out in accordance with the maintenance specification. Ensure that all relevant paperwork is completed regarding PPM, reactive and breakdown works. Reactive tasks throughout the sites are completed and be proactive in highlighting areas where improvements can be made. Plant faults and defects are swiftly remedied to maintain plant in serviceable order. Ensure that suitable spares are available to carry out both maintenance and reactive works. To provide parts lists and estimated timescales to carry out remedial works. Complete Method Statements and Risk Assessments and used for all tasks undertaken. Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer South West London & Surrey We are looking for an experienced Gas Engineer to carry out maintenance and repair, including fabric & basic electrical tasks, within commercial buildings as required under contract. To ensure all PPM and Reactive tasks are completed to the required legislative standards, and to ensure all required paperwork is completed and submitted within timescales. You will carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance and complete the appropriate paperwork and reports, ensuring all statutory and mandatory tasks are completed within the required timescales, ensuring all certification is correctly completed and remedial works clearly identified. As a Gas Engineer you will also need to carry out reactive and emergency tasks and expected to complete all tasks using handheld technology effectively. S alary is based between £ 40,000 - £46,000 Depending o n qualifications and experience . This is a field based mobile position , coveri ng South West London and Surrey postcodes.
