Reporting to the Operations Director, your role will be to effectively, efficiently and safely manage, direct and co-ordinate the Engineering Department and Engineering Activities on site to ensure they comply with both company and legal requirements.
Responsibilities
Comply with the Company H&S Policy and procedures at all times.
Ensure that the site training requirements are met to ensure an effective, well-balanced and flexible workforce.
Looking for an engineer/architect with the capacity to drive these areas forward in a complex and diverse operational and technology environment, with many public and private sector partners.

As part of this role you may also be involved with procedures on wards, clinics or in other specialist areas such as cardiac catheterisation units and you will work as part of a large team that will include surgeons, anesthetists, operating department practitioner (ODPs), theatre support workers and porters.
The team sits within the Theatre team with the role predominately working in a hospital operating theatre and anesthetic/recovery areas.
