As our Supply Chain Analyst, you will be responsible for a designated group of suppliers and you will ensure there is a long term capacity/demand in place that meets the Operating Strategy for Supply Chain. Responsibilities as our Supply Chain Analyst are to: Hold suppliers accountable to expectations of SLA and Action Plans; Analyse forecast and inventory strategies being the responsible to provide data to discussions around those topics; Lead Site SLA development. This includes insuring all multifunctional parameters: Quality, NIP Initiatives, Plant Operations; Lead key projects that deliver systemic improvements across the Category; Follow up and confirms that any defect in the supply chain will be resolved with a permanent fix; Analyse Supply Chain data and review supplier scorecards to determine corrective action; Participate on (usually monthly) Supplier Reviews Internally; Provide long term supplier capacity analysis; Communicating and escalating supply issues linked to supplier capability or capacity; Confirm Risk/Business Continuity Plans (BCP's) are in place; Support Material Portions of Quality Assurance Key Element. Starting Materials and Internal Controls Systems. We are currently seeking a Sales Support Administrator to join a well-established, family-run SME based in Kent. Your role includes the support and service to customers on a daily basis as their primary point of contact, especially those associated with the sales area you are assigned to. Key duties and responsibilities.... You will be required to manage the inbox, process orders, create quotes, resolve queries and work closely with the transport and warehouse teams to ensure the needs of the customer are met to the highest standard every day. Completing sales enquiries correctly, efficiently & personally ensuring that the customer is always communicated with and satisfied. Following-up quotations. You will support the account manager administratively to whom you are assigned and facilitate them with their workload to ensure they are as free as possible to hit their KPI targets. The work you do will be instrumental in helping the sales area hit targets. You will be required to collate data on customers prior to visits and summarise the call reports after visits, entering notes and creating actions in Pipedrive (CRM) where relevant. Liaising with suppliers and sourcing products as required. Supporting the other team members with order processing and inbound enquiries etc if they are short-staffed. Requirements Relative level of experience in sales or customer service-based role. Experience in order processing at speed whilst maintaining high-level of attention to detail. Exemplary in serving customers at the highest standard, in accordance with the core values of our Customer Service Charter. Putting the customer first in everything you do. Collaborative team worker. Excellent communication skills and good organisational skills. Ability to work under pressure, remain calm and hit deadlines.
