Now seeking a French speaking Customer Service Advisor to work their night shifts (from 7:00pm - 7:00am or 8:00pm - 8:00am), our client understands the importance of a good work-life balance. In this role you will work 4 nights on and 4 nights off on a hybrid basis, with the opportunity to be fully remote once you have completed their training. Want to hear more? Here they are: Fluent written and spoken English & French Office based experience IT and PC literate demonstrating typing skills Strong communicator, both verbally and in writing, able to build and maintain relationships. Excellent in numeracy, literacy, and attention to detail. Takes ownership of personal development, open to feedback, self-aware, and stays updated with industry knowledge. Self-motivated with a proactive attitude, skilled in problem-solving even under pressure. No two days will be the same in a role like this, and you will be responsible for providing crucial, sensitive and valuable support to a range of clients, most importantly in their most comfortable language. See the responsibilities: Handle initial claims notifications and analyse medical assistance needs. Provide emergency medical travel services, including pre-travel guidance and cost management. Support customers with policy coverage inquiries and coordinate travel emergencies. Resolve escalated calls and document complaints in line with business policies and FCA guidelines. Ensure regulatory compliance and quality service delivery. Assist in process reviews to enhance department efficiency and minimize risks. Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Foster proactive outbound communication with clear service expectations.
