Our small but mighty client is looking to grow their team by recruiting for either an experienced or trainee level Freight Forwarder to support in the following duties;
Typical responsibilities include
considering and planning the most effective route for freight.
organising the transportation of freight between intermediate destinations - usually cargo terminals, port facilities or railway yards.
Teams make their own decisions within a framework agreed with the Directorate Team and are supported by a Team Coach and Practice Development Facilitator (PDF).
Coaches provide training and support for some teams to self-organise and make decisions autonomously and support other teams to work towards self-organisation.
Coaches will always model work practices consistent with a common set of person-centred behaviours described as the their Approach.
