I am recruiting for an experienced Senior Support Worker or Team Leader to join the team working with a local care provider in Southampton that supports adults and children with Learning Disabilities, Challenging Behaviours, Mental Health and Autism.
Your new company
The role is for 40 hours a week and has a variety of 8-hour shifts that can include earlies, mid shifts, lates as well as sleep ins if required.
He is fully aware of what is going on around him and able to answer question, he likes to watch tv and films and he enjoys days out with his support workers.
Night shift is lone working, however you will have adequate shadow shifts and support from a team of long standing team members who know the gentleman and his needs well.
Support Worker Pay rate: £13.50 (weekly pay) Shift Pattern:8am-8pm, 8pm-8am Requirements: Previous experience working with individuals with Autism and mental health diagnoses.
