The successful candidate will have previous QA or food handling experience within a food manufacturing environment, with an understanding of HACCAP and an intermediate certificate in food hygiene.
The main purpose of this role is to review the manufacturing process, plant hygiene, GMP and other internal audits as well as reviewing all raw materials and packing deliveries.
