Our client, an educational establishment based in Northwich, is seeking a Kitchen Manager to join their team for 4 weeks, with the possibility of a permanent position after the summer holidays.
To assist in the preparation of food, servicing of meals with agreed methods and portion control, assist in stock taking including checking delivery and storage of stock and general catering duties.
General
To undertake basic food preparation duties, including breakfast production, preparing vegetables, fruit, salad, and cold buffets
To ensure that all food served is of a high quality and standard, mindful of portion control, meal content and correct temperatures.
