Working with procurement, technical and NPD teams, you will refine briefs, quote for new business, manage the commercials, negotiate and drive projects forward to agree annual contracts.
You will develop strong relationships with Chefs, Food & Beverage Managers, Owners, and C-suite level contacts within channel specific key chained accounts (fast food and local QSR chains), understanding their business and offering effective solutions.

About the Role
Ideally based in Northern Ireland with easy access to southern Ireland (although any reasonable Irish location would be considered), you will report into and work closely with the Country Manager developing new business as well as managing a vast array of existing accounts.

Though you will only work during term time, you will be paid a salary every month including school holidays.
This role has a starting salary of £18,508.82 per annum for working 35 hours per week, 38.4 weeks per year (equivalent to £13.77 per hour, inclusive of holiday pay).
Our Product Management team is part of the Technical Services department, and provide key support to other central departments as well as the Bidfood depots in the management of their stock, supplier service and general supply chain management activity.
