A Junior Buyer is required by a FMCG/distribution business.
The Junior Buyer will join a team of Buyers and Senior Buyers led by a Purchasing Manager.
Applicants need previous experience in, or knowledge of procurement and supply chain, be motivated self-starters and be competent in MS packages, particularly MS Excel.
To engage with potential customers at their doorstep, informing and educating them of Milk & More, to build awareness of the fantastic service we provide; positively and persuasively encouraging them to understand all the benefits we offer, research us further via our website, register as a potential customer and ultimately convert to using our service.
You will be required to travel to various across South East, South West, Midlands.

Working Days: Shift patterns across Mon-Sat (5 over 6) working full or part time from 11am until 7pm.
The task at hand: We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Junior Buyer who will play a key role in managing and analysing supplier and vendor relationships, ensuring quality products are delivered to our direct customer base for our Mobile product catalogue.
Responsible for sourcing the best Mobile product suppliers, both in value and quality, to ensure we meet and exceed customer demands.
What you'll be busy doing
Maintaining and updating our product portfolio by creating and de-activating inventory parts on CRM and EDI systems.

This means that all candidates who are offered a role and go on to start in a permanent role with us, will receive a bonus of £750 gross (pro rata if part-time) in their first month's pay.
