Fractional CFO Fast Growth FMCG Start-Up 2-3 days per week Remote The Client Harmonic are delighted to have partnered with a rapidly growing FMCG business to find them an experienced and versatile Fractional CFO to support the business as they set up a new arm to the business internationally and prepare the finance function for future scaling. Our client has rolled out a number of product lines and are also currently in the middle of a joint venture which requires expertise to contribute to the commercial agreements. They operate a remote based working arrangement, with the occasional journey into their warehouse, which is based on the outskirts of London. The role This role will support the current Financial Controller to manage their workload and offer higher level strategic input ranging from Commercial and Legal agreements, set up of the new international entity, and inventory financing. Alongside this they are currently going through an ERP system implementation of Odoo and require a CFO can offer support from a finance perspective to ensure the implementation occurs smoothly. Responsibilities Support the CEO and GM with strategic insights from a finance perspective. Support with the implementation of new ERP system Odoo. Work closely with the Financial Controller to streamline internal processes. Help with the set up of the international entity. Arrange inventory financing. Essential Experience ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified Experience within an FMCG, Wholesale, or any stock-based business. Previous experience a number one in finance. Experience working internationally. Willingness to get hands on with finance when needed. Has contributed towards legal and commercial agreement reviews. Bonus Experience Previously been involved with a business setting up an entity in a new region. Previously used or implemented the ERP system Odoo.
