This business has achieved impressive YoY growth over recent years, are B Corp Certified and have exciting projects in the pipeline focused around sustainability. Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, as Digital Marketing Manager you will oversee a small team, manage the relationship with the paid digital agency as well as leading on the digital strategy. Alongside this, you will be hands on across the full digital mix, including the management of our D2C website, email and CRM platforms, paid advertising, SEO, social commerce, affiliates and PPC. Key Duties of a Digital Marketing Manager: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive online traffic, and generate leads Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, SEO/SEM, display advertising, and content marketing Analyse key metrics and performance data to track the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and external agencies, to ensure alignment and integration of digital marketing initiatives with overall business objectives Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing, and incorporate them into our strategies Manage the digital marketing budget effectively and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget Your Key Skills & Experience of a Digital Marketing Manager: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing Experience within the FMCG industry Proven track record of developing and executing successful trade marketing strategies and initiatives Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive actionable recommendations Passion/interest within sustainability Excellent communication and presentation skills What's in it for you? Category Manager - 6 Month Contract Are you a people centric analytical individual with FMCG category management experience at leadership level? Our client is a leading FMCG business seeking a category manager to manage and develop 7 accounts. If you have commercial category experience, then this could be the role for you. Key Responsibilities: Identifying opportunities for growth and potential risks within customer categories. Developing strategic relationships with key customers. Establishing robust internal relationships with colleagues in commercial and branding roles. Leveraging both qualitative and quantitative data to provide comprehensive insights and recommendations. Customising the Category Strategy to engage customers and achieve sustainable competitive growth. Executing and managing strategic projects focused on category analysis, including promotional evaluations, analysis of underperforming segments, and optimisation of range and space. Contributing to business planning through the definition of core product ranges, SKU optimization, and ongoing review and adjustment of new product developments and core products. Enhancing sales pitches to customers with compelling category-based justifications.
