Enter and upload invoices into the system. Process expense reports. Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments. Reconcile accounts payable transactions. Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date. Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries. Profile A successful Accounts Payable clerk should have: Experience within a similar role Proficiency in Microsoft Office Knowledge of accounts payable principles.
