This hands-on role involves managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating trades and meeting tight project deadlines while maintaining a strong focus on efficiency, compliance and attention to detail.
National travel with consecutive overnight and weekly away stays is required.

Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Administrative Assistant / PA to join a busy and fast-paced project team.
Strong Microsoft Office skills are essential.
This role is hands-on, offers variety, and will suit someone who can multitask, take initiative, and communicate effectively in both English and Arabic.
Repairs Planner main duties include: dealing with residents, clients and sub contractors, working with the IT systems, managing operative's diaries and general typing and administration.
Perm position / 40 hours per week.
