The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving customer queries about their energy accounts effectively, efficiently, and courteously, ensuring first contact resolution.
As a Senior Consultant you'll play a critical role in the delivery of management consulting engagements (Payroll & WFM) across our three segments - strategic & enterprise, mid-market, and public sector.
You'll work across our portfolio of customers, supporting the growth of the Management Consulting division as a whole.
(Hybrid Working) Home/Office based in Peterborough/Manchester/Sunderland with occasional travel to Peterborough HQ.
