Our clients are a highly regarding firm of Wealth Planners based in modern offices who work across the Northwest and beyond, providing clear, bespoke and impartial financial planning. Due to progression require an addition Senior Wealth Planning Administrator to join a team of 12 Financial Advisors and approx. 15 other back-office personnel which consist of Paraplanners and support personnel to support you. You will be joining a focused and fun team. You should have previous experience of working within a firm of Financial Advisors and ideally some FS qualifications but not essential. Act as first point of contact for client queries, supporting both new and existing clients. Take ownership for all assigned tasks, monitor progress, and ensure all planned work is on schedule. Keep an accurate records of Adviser charges and ensure they match Client agreements. Keep an up to record of New Client Leads. Process of new business / servicing changes on Provider platforms and update CRM system. Monitor all new business and servicing requests to ensure all information and documents are received in a timely manner, including the updating of Clients records. Produce and package full Client meeting packs for 'sign up' meetings and ensure new Client packs are available for each designated/allocated Adviser. Produce and package client annual review packs for advisors - appointment and electronic.
