Key Responsibilities: Business partnering with the cost budget holders of the business Work with the team on areas such as consolidation, intercompany, sustainability and other project-based work Ownership of balance sheet reconciliations for several areas Keeping up to date with audit, regulation, and industry developments Prepare journals and management month-end schedules and produce the balance sheet reconciliations (bank reconciliations and subledger reconciliations). Balance sheet review and costs analysis of costcentres. Preparation of statutory accounts Support the preparation and review of quarterly interim and Annual reporting under IFRS Ensure timely and accurate preparation and filing of tax and VAT returns for the UK holding companies. Stay updated on tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance. Oversee intercompany activities (fees invoicing, collection, payment, accruals, reporting Required Experience: Must be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA) Confident, collaborative, proactive and professional approach Ability to present to and influence others, including senior stakeholders.
