Join a leading global partner Based in Manchester with hybrid working options (2 days in the office, early finish Friday) What you'll do: As a Finance Assistant, you will play an integral role within the finance team. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include assisting with various finance roles and processes such as debt ledger processes, monthly project invoicing, purchase ledger and project set up management. You will also be involved in credit control functions where you will post receipts, issue statements and participate in debt meetings. Additionally, you will administer the PO management system ensuring all relevant documentation is completed for new clients. Your role will also involve managing project setup including opportunity review and enquiry setup. Providing support to billing during the invoicing cycle will also be part of your remit. Lastly, you will review and authorise expense claims as well as carry out daily and month end bank reconciliations.
