Duties for this role will include
To provide proactive administrative support to the adviser team, working alongside the Paraplanners to ensure an efficient and smooth service.
The Finance Administrator will work as part of the Pensions team and fulfil a specific role which will be task oriented, carrying out clearly defined accounts orientated activities.
Maintain and develop good business relationships with internal and external customers
Ensure clients receive regular and effective communication which is professional and delivered to the highest standards

One of our Financial Services clients requires a Complaints Administrator to manage a variety of complaints from customers, whilst ensuring they are commercially aware at all times.
This is a fixed term contract until the end of June 2025.
Key Responsibilities
Receiving inbound queries and complaints from customers and responding in a timely and appropriate manner.
This role is best suited to those with IFA Administration experience.
Up to £35,000; Office based role
While you will be providing administration support initially, there is a direct pathway for progression, moving through to technical support, then Paraplanner then Advisor.
