One paid day per year for volunteering in the community As a Financial Reporting Specialist at SESGH Group, you will play a pivotal role in the development of first-class internal and external financial reporting. You will work closely with our finance team to ensure compliance with evolving financial reporting frameworks while meeting the specific needs of our shareholders and stakeholders and upholding our values of Service, Integrity, Collaboration, Commitment, Compassion and Innovation. Main Duties: Assist in the development of internal and external financial reporting processes. Stay abreast of changes to financial reporting frameworks and ensure compliance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant financial data. Analyse financial information to ensure accuracy and completeness. Prepare and present financial reports to management and stakeholders. Support the implementation of best practices in financial reporting. Knowledge & Experience: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Full or part qualified preferred. Proven experience in financial reporting, preferably in a corporate setting. Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulations. Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality.
