A fantastic permanent opportunity for a full time Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst role based in Stockport, Chapel-en-le-Frith. Client Details Working for a very well established, successful and market leading organisation. Description Duties: Reporting, Planning, Forecasting Responsible for collating all month-end financial inputs in order to finalise the result within tight deadlines. Provide weekly flash / forecast, financials and explanation of key drivers for the changes. Co-ordinate the budgeting processes with direction to other team members, ensuring deadlines are met. Consult with other functions to understand variances & report on improvement plans. Comply with Corporate reporting requirements and deadlines. Support Operations and local management Ensure that regular internal plant reporting requirements are met. Provide financial analysis support to the local management team, including in-month and month end results, and other routine requirements. Provide financial analysis & reports to drive continuous improvement Evaluate data and reports and identify trends or opportunities to drive the business forward. Ensure reporting is accurate and of a high standard to assist with decision making. Support the cash collection processes and escalate past due invoice issues, as and when required. Controls & SOX Participate in plant internal control assessment reviews Balance sheet reviews - ad hoc and quarterly reviews SOX procedures and controls assessment. Support the external and internal audit processes. Ensure compliance with global financial policies and procedures, including US GAAP and local reporting requirements. Future Initiatives and Projects Provide support for ad hoc projects and initiatives. Profile The successful candidate MUST: Have experience in a similar FP&A role - Essential Be studying towards ACCA or CIMA - Desirable Have intermediate to advanced MS Excl skills - Essential Be a strong communicator with strong attention to detail - Essential Have experience working with ERP systems - Desirable Job Offer This role is looking to pay up to £50,000 Study Support Parking progression pension 2pm finish on Fridays
