This role is an ideal first or 2nd time industry move for a candidate from an Accountancy Practice background. As Financial Controller, specific duties will include: Leading a team of 2 Assistant Accountants, responsible for their training and development Oversee the preparation of financial reports including income statements, balance sheets and cash flow statements Set up corporate structure for foreign growth strategies Develop and implement cash strategies for managing third party funds Develop and maintain strong relationships with a variety of external stakeholders including auditors and suppliers Manage internal controls and ensure regulatory compliance Review existing systems and processes, recommending and implementing improvements where required, and leading on any future system implementations/upgrades Experience & Qualifications Required to Apply: The ideal candidate will be fully ACA or ACCA qualified with experience within Accountancy Practice, with some industry experience ideally.
