We are seeking an Interim FP&A Specialist for a minimum of a 9 month contract. This role is pivotal in providing strategic financial insights to drive the company's growth and evolution. The successful candidate will be responsible for full P&L forecasting, conducting performance analysis, and delivering data-backed recommendations to support decision-making processes. Responsibilities: Deliver financial insights to support strategic direction and growth Lead full P&L forecasting and ongoing performance analysis Review monthly variance analysis on actual results vs plan/forecast Facilitate financial review meetings and communicate with various business departments Develop and monitor financial KPIs to drive growth and improve margins Balance critical finance deliverables with operational requests to meet deadlines Requirements: Proven track record as an FP&A specialist or financial analyst Strong analytical and commercial skills Adept at business partnering and communication Self-motivated, ambitious, and able to multitask effectively Advanced proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with Power BI is desirable If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess the skills to drive financial strategy and growth, we encourage you to apply.
Technical Business Analyst contract - Inside IR35 - Technical/infrastructure/Network project Overview I'm supporting one of my clients that are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join their team ASAP. Key information Role: Technical Business Analyst Location: Yorkshire IR35: Inside Rate: £425 per day Contract Length: 3 months initially with a likelihood to extend Start Date: ASAP Working Arrangements: 75% remote but will need to be in the office on occasions. Role summary My client is looking for a Business Analyst with experience having worked on Infrastructure, Cloud, Telephony Technical services projects. This role will be focused on taking a deep dive into their existing legacy systems and moving a lot of that into the cloud. This will include multiple back logs of applications. Understanding Client and business services. Skills & experience needed At least 5 years experience as a Business Analyst is required.
