We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to immediately join a large organisation to support their Employee Relations team for the next 2-4 months initially.
You will manage around 20-30 Employee Relations cases at any one time and provide end to end HR support to the line managers and employees involved.
You will need to come with a strong background managing an ER caseload but in particular with sickness management, grievance and disciplinary cases.

As an HR Advisor, you will provide advice, guidance, and support to managers on all areas of employee relations including grievances and discipline, attendance management, performance management, termination of employment on grounds of capability, equality and diversity and potentially organisational change.
You will be handling your own varied case load of employer relations cases across a range of complexity from low level through to complex case work.
