They operate a fleet of baling and chasing equipment that serves North Lincolnshire and East Yorkshire. What you'll be doing: In this role you will be joining a friendly team as a Chaser Operator, our client prides themselves on customer satisfaction, setting very high standards and attention to detail. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining equipment used in agricultural activities, including supporting muck spreading and other field operations. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and efficiency. Therefore, we are looking for people who: Have experience operating chaser machinery to gather and transport bales from the field to the storage area or loading zone. Have experience loading and unloading bales onto the chaser, ensuring they are securely transported without damage. Have a keen interest in agriculture and ideally have a couple of years of experience working on a farm. Can work outdoors in various weather conditions. Are passionate about the industry and ready to take on exciting new challenges in your work. Understand harvest hours is important but regular rest days will be given. Can hit the ground running, be flexible and adaptable. Can deliver high standards of work and take pride in maintaining their machine.
