Our clients two year trainee programme is for under graduates in their final year of their studies or the candidate who is looking for career change and either working towards or has completed the CII Diploma Level 4 in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent) and needs support in industry to progress. You will be fully immersed in our day to day activities, based in Sheffield Head Office, gaining industry experience and driving forward a career in financial services. You will look at all aspects of the Practice and what it means to be a client here through face to face and written communication. This will include being aware of the client journey, ensuring that excellent service is delivered and participating in hosting events and building relationships with Clients, which will enhance and add value to their experience. Follow core modules that represent the foundations of professional financial advice and learn processes to meet advice guidance. Deal effectively with queries from clients and other parties through effective communication Liaising with clients on behalf of advisors and ensure excellent service is delivered To have an awareness and understanding analyses of clients' attitude to risk in accordance with their financial planning decisions. Progress applications with product providers, advisers, clients, and other third parties to ensure that each case completes in a timely manner.
