The Senior Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring the company's financial health, and supporting strategic decision-making.
We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Senior Finance Manager to join our client's dynamic team based in Northampton.
This role offers hybrid working and remote working.
This role will also include the management of the costs for these goods, which will include tasks such as balance sheet recs, month end journal postings for depreciations and a range of other really exciting tasks which you just do not normally see within an entry level, graduate role.
We have had an amazing temporary to permanent opportunity become available for an Accounting and Finance (or similar qualification) become available within a large and continuously growing business based in the Northampton town centre.
This role will be working as part of the Asset Management team and be working with depreciations and costings for the assets of the business.

They are also strategically expanding, with their own lending arm already hitting significant lending targets.

Role Responsibilities for the Finance Business Partner will include
Provide analysis and insight into the business performance, identify areas of improvement and drive profitability.
Work in partnership with the operations teams to prepare budgets and forecasts, along with variance reporting.

Due to continued growth, they are keen to recruit an Finance Buisness Partner with the Operations Team to provide support and constructive challenge to drive outputs and improve financial performance.
Ensure financial reporting for example, weekly flash, weekly profit and loss and, month end close, are completed accurately and within agreed timescales.
