As Head of Finance you will support the Managing Director for the UK business and play a crucial role in driving financial strategy and planning within the organisation.
Working alongside our expanding and talented underwriting team, you will review a volume of applications, assessing our customer profiles and making a decision to lend in line with our criteria and our funders risk appetite.
We are working on behalf of a growing ambitious SME business that through international expansion is now looking to secure an experienced Finance Manager to play a key role within the finance team that will report to the FD and will manage the Finance team to further drive the business forward.
You will provide a strong and positive contribution to all areas of business through management of the finance team as it grows, accurate reporting and identification of areas to improve the efficiency of the companies processes and profitability.
Key responsibilities of the Finance Manager job will include
- You will provide continuous development to your team to ensure effective delivery of Management Accounts, Statutory Reports, Payroll and efficient ledgers.
The successful individual will support the finance team particularly the Finance Manager with management accounting tasks alongside supporting the junior finance team.
