Pensions Team Manager - Hybrid/Wimborne - £36,000 What you'll be doing: As the Pensions Administration Team Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance and delivering exceptional service. Your day-to-day tasks will involve coaching and developing team members, fostering clear communication, and optimising processes for efficiency. What we're looking for: Clear comprehension of the financial services industry and the regulatory standards pertaining to SIPP operators and trustees. Proficient understanding of all SIPP functions, financial instruments, and the requisite systems and controls for effective and precise investment administration. Well- versed in investment options within self-invested personal pensions.
