The scope of the role includes the following but not confined to - managing T&D plans, training delivery either face to face or digital, onboarding new teams created from the growth programme, upskilling existing staff (directly of train the trainer), and training evaluation whilst ensuring material is current, accurate and compliant.
The role is initially on a 12-month fixed term contract with a possibility for an extension /permanent.
