We are searching for an experienced Consultant with M&A experience to join a newly created Corporate Finance Advisory team in the Berkshire area (hybrid basis).
You will play a pivotal role in helping them build value and will utilise your strong financial grounding, data analysis expertise, and commercial insight to provide actionable strategies that optimise a company's value and position it for a successful sale.
As a trusted advisor, you will guide company owners on a journey towards a potential sale, often over a 2-3-year period, helping them to navigate any changes as required.
