Description As the Finance Business Partner, you'll be the go-to person for the Head of Finance, keeping everything on track and making sure things run like clockwork. Your job? To make sure everyone has what they need, when they need it. Here's the breakdown: Put together monthly MI reports and lead follow-up meetings with Directors. Send out monthly P&Ls and coordinate meetings with other business support areas. Keep a close eye on detailed KPIs, spotting trends and flagging any pipeline issues early. Work with Directors to nip potential problems in the bud before they impact the bottom line. Collaborate with senior management providing ad hoc analysis and reporting to help manage cases, finances, and capacity. Jump in with commentary and recommendations whenever required to support key business decisions. Stay on top of everything - be proactive in helping department heads run their departments smoothly. Make sure all reporting deadlines are met and provide all the necessary info ahead of time. Work on the annual budget, quarterly re-forecasts, and weekly financial and KPI reporting. Support the CFO, Finance Director, and Heads of Department with everything related to refinancing, including data gathering, analysis, and consolidation. Profile A successful Finance Business Partner should have: A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field. Professional certification in Accounting or Finance. Excellent understanding of financial regulations and standards. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well within a team and independently. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
