Duties as follows
To manage your own caseload in relation to conveyancing matters.
To deal effectively with all Land Registry, SDLT and AP1 processes.
An opportunity to work as a Paralegal within a respected law firm's York office has arisen.
Your duties will include: Drafting various legal documents with supervision including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Tax forms (under supervision)
This role includes assisting a friendly team with all Wills & Probate matters from file opening to completion.
