Purpose of the Role
The role is full time and based in the heart of Cheltenham, you will however have the opportunity to work from home 1-to-2 days per week, depending on the demands of the business and planned meetings that you will need to attend.
My client is currently looking for an ambitious and dynamic Finance Manager to support the design and implementation of their core financial processes, governance, systems and business performance management.
The role will business-partner the different group business units, will set the high-performance finance standard and capabilities and will help drive and support the group's growth, development and performance to deliver the ambitious 5-year plan.
JOB SUMMARY
Direct responsibility for the governance, reporting and analysis of financial performance.
The basics in the finance function are covered but there is a need for an experienced and commercially-minded Financial Controller to lead the finance function and help move the business forward, on a part-time basis.
