Berry Recruitment are currently hiring for an Emergency Operations Administrator to join a local ambulance service on a temporary basis.
The post holder will support the area Local Operational Management Team with any administrative duties required on a day-to-day basis to run the Emergency Operational Ambulance Services within a given area or sector.

The main duties of the role include
Handling day-to-day administrative duties including HR paperwork, ad hoc reports, and gathering information for complaints.
Participating in meetings with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders, taking minutes when required.
You will be supporting the management team with admin duties to help run the busy department, duties will include day to day admin duties, HR paperwork, ad hoc reports and gathering information for complaints.
Undertake admin and secretarial duties preparing documents with a high degree of accuracy including letters and reports.
Facilitate the planning and release of staff to attend training programmes, ensuring appropriate numbers of instructors and students.

As an Administrator you would be responsible for dealing with day-to-day administrative duties and any other relevant duties to help run the Emergency Operations Ambulance Services within a given area.
