We are currently recruiting on behalf of our clients based in South Cambridge who are recruiting for a Finance Manager on a full-time basis. This role will be office based and to be successful in the role, you would need to have experience in a similar position. Typical duties include: Preparing management reports and managing month end processes Leading the budgeting and forecasting processes Preparing financial statements to manage and monitor cash flow effectively Overseeing the day-to-day accounting function and implementing process improvements where necessary Leading the financial year end and audit processes Managing 2 colleagues and supporting the wider team with any adhoc duties You will have: A professional accounting qualification (Part Qualified considered) Experience managing a team would be preferred Excellent communication, both written and verbal A strong technical skillset and be keen to continue development If this role looks like the new challenge that you are looking for, please apply via the advert or contact John at Eclectic Recruitment.
