Due to an increase in business, we require an experienced Finance Assistant to take an important role in the day to day running of the finance department across our group.
Duties to include
Sales ledger control ensuring cash received and allocated in a timely manner.
Purchase ledger control ensuring the purchase to pay process runs efficiently, daily invoicing.
We are currently working with an established client who is looking for a Finance Assistant to join their team, ideally experience in SAP Business One, Sage Payroll, Sage Manufacturing 50 would be an advantage.
Day to day duties will include
Prepare and fast check customer invoices before sending via email or post etc.
Credit Control including dealing with slow payers.

This role merges finance and administrative responsibilities to provide comprehensive support to the Operations Manager.
As part of their succession planning they are keen to recruit a Part Time Finance Assistant into their Finance team.
You will support the newly appointed FC in their role and for maintenance of accounting records and day to day finance functions in line with company objectives.
