We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join the Payroll team.
This role focuses on the accurate running of end-to-end payroll processes for Airbus divisions in the UK, with additional responsibilities for executive payroll and share administration.
You will also handle customer queries professionally via phone and email, ensuring a strong customer service focus.
Be responsible for the accurate and timely running of all divisional payrolls from start to finish monthly.
General
To work as part of the payroll team within a Centre of Expertise focused on running end to end payroll processes for the main Airbus divisions in the UK, as well as providing specific services in relation to the Executive population and Share Administration.
In addition, you will be expected to deal with customers both on the telephone and via e-mail dealing with queries in a professional and proactive manner whilst maintaining a strong customer service focus.
To provide customer-focused support to UK-based colleagues on the telephone and via email on a broad range of payroll matters.
To provide daily support to internal and external stakeholders to enable the successful running of the payroll from start to finish and to also produce important HR correspondence for internal and external stakeholders, including employment references, Solicitor's reports and mortgage/rental operations.
To work as part of a payroll support and HR Administration team responsible for processing of a broad range of payroll-related transactions received from internal stakeholders, whilst adhering to Service Level Agreements.
