Day to Day of the Role: Provide input for annual budgets and long-term plans in line with the business. Coordinate management of Accounts Receivables and Overdue accounts. Manage daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate transaction recording and reporting. Prepare and analyse monthly financial statements and variance reports. Document business processes and uphold internal controls. Oversee capital expenditure, fixed assets, credit cards, and employee expenses. Conduct VAT returns, payroll processing, and liaise with statutory auditors. Collaborate with the management team to meet financial objectives and implement policies. Lead the Business Support Team with 4 direct reports, fostering development across finance, IT, and administrative functions. Required Skills & Qualifications: Professional accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or QBE Demonstrated experience in team management with exceptional leadership skills. Proven expertise in budget management and team collaboration. Must possess a clean, valid driving licence and a valid passport.
