The position of Customer Service Specialist is within our Rapid Diagnostics business working across the UK.
This role requires you to work in line with the standard operating procedures whilst ensuring all KPI's are achieved.

We have two opportunities to join our Public Support Service on a fixed term basis.
First, we're looking for someone to join us to be the lead in relation to the needs of people in cases where there are allegations of a sexual nature, including criminal sexual offences; and cases involving allegations that there has been a breach of professional boundaries.
