Capture the excitement and passion of football We are hiring for a part time club photographer to take amazing photographs to bring the game to life. You will cover matches and training sessions across all teams and age groups. You will provide images in the live environment so they can be used instantly on our website and social media. This role offers you the opportunity to work alongside many different departments to support with their photography needs. Your photography background Are you passionate about capturing the exhilarating moments of the game Do you have the talent to freeze-frame the electrifying energy of a last-minute goal and the raw emotion of a hard-fought victory If so then apply today! It is essential that you have previous experience as a club or agency photographer and have experience with using Adobe Photoshop and/or Lightrooms. You will also understand studio and portrait photography, including knowledge of lighting. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong sense of aesthetics, and the technical skills necessary to capture high-quality images of our products for our website, TheWorks.co.uk. You will be responsible for shooting, editing, and delivering images that showcase our products in the best possible light, helping to drive sales and enhance our brand's visual presence. Your Mission Capture high-quality, professional images of products for use on the company's website, social media, and marketing materials. Ensure consistency in the style and presentation of product images. Use various photography techniques and lighting equipment to enhance the appearance of products. Edit and retouch images to meet the company's standards and specifications. Manage and organize photo files, ensuring easy accessibility and proper storage. Work closely with the digital, marketing and design teams to understand project requirements and deliver images that meet their needs. Provide creative input and suggestions during the planning stages of product photo shoots. Liaise with suppliers to acquire additional product content, imagery, and assets. Maintain photography equipment and studio space to ensure it is always in top working condition. Stay updated with the latest photography trends, techniques, and technologies. Skills/Behaviours That Will Set You Apart Degree or diploma in Photography, Visual Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory if compensated by experience and portfolio). Proven experience as a Product Photographer or similar role. Strong portfolio showcasing product photography skills. Proficiency in using digital cameras, lighting equipment, and other photography tools. Expertise in photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and similar applications. Strong understanding of composition, colour, and lighting. Excellent attention to detail and creativity. Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with e-commerce photography. Knowledge of videography and experience creating short product videos. Familiarity with web design and the requirements for digital images.
