Role: Editor Salary: £42,000 - £45,000 10% bonus, private medical Location: Uxbridge Hybrid: Standard week - 2 days in office (with flex on more or less depending on working requirements There is some exciting news coming from Monster Energy... The business have established a studio function named 'Studio M', which will be focusing upon content creation with emphasis on internal messaging, multi-brand aspects of the portfolio as well as work with co-bottling partners! We are looking for a dynamic Video Editor who will be a key driving force in the fast growing function, leading on emotive and impactful content for internal and external audiences. Responsibilities: Develop story boards and pitch concepts to key stake holders within the company with the assistance of the production team and the Studio Director. Edit internally produced video content across a variety of brands and teams. Input on video content capture in our internal studio. Work with and assist the content creation team in other creative tasks. Work with all departments on upcoming video projects in a collaborative way. Seamlessly switch styles and aesthetics to suit our different brands and teams. Keep an eye on social platforms, new styles of animation and video media and create innovative, engaging content for our audiences. Maintain brand standards across all internal and external projects. Have a flexible approach to working tasks, with the ability to support multiple projects at any given time The ideal candidate will: The type of people we want live and breathe video & content creation. Have an eye for detail and the implementation of correct design principles. Embody our core Monster Energy values and fit within our company culture. Must be able to travel to Uxbridge up to 5 days a week when required. Be willing to travel to events/conferences across EMEA. Experience: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or similar, with knowledge of After Effects & Photoshop a plus. Comprehension of video export settings, plus knowledge of audio mixing and color grading. BA degree in film, advertising, video or related work experience and/or relevant portfolio. Fluent on Mac platforms. Clear understanding of video content's role in digital marketing best practices. Experience with or understanding of digital asset management and relevant formats. Video production & photography skills are a bonus. Proactive and organized. Ability to liaise between stakeholders and production team and facilitate workflow of creative projects. Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills. Highly motivated, self-managed individual. Visual storyteller with a collaborative approach and interest to learn more about the craft of videomaking and its role within Monster. Have a strong understanding of design trends and how to leverage/ implement them. Able to solve creative problems and bring creative solutions to the table/not afraid to think differently. Has an ability to multitask/ manage projects while consistently hitting deadlines in a fast paced, ever changing working environment.
