Seeking Experienced Sales Support Administrators! Location: Manchester or London (Hybrid 3 days in office) Duration: 3 months (possible extension to 6 months) Are you a meticulous and experienced Sales Support Administrator looking for an exciting temporary opportunity? Key Responsibilities: Process sales orders accurately and efficiently. Assist in maintaining customer databases and records. Coordinate with wider teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment. Handle customer enquiries and provide exceptional support. Generate reports and assist in sales analysis. Produce quotations as require by customers Requirements: Proven experience as a Sales Administrator or similar role. Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and CRM software. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively. Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy. Can-do attitude with a strong work ethic You must be able to start at relatively short notice and be available for the duration of the assignment. Hourly rate will be determined upon experience but you can expect somewhere between £14.00 - £17.00 per hour via Umbrella company.
Technical Presales Consultant - Remote - 6 Month contract Within this contract you will be responsible for bringing high level IT expertise to both pre-sales and post-sales activities as well as being the point of contact for complex IT solutions. You will also be responsible for the integration of products into customer environments, including the development of required interface solutions to 3rd party systems. Description Key responsibilities include Develop technical IT architecture proposals based on customer requirements. Develop interface solutions to integrate into customers systems. Install, configure and upgrade business systems including servers and cabinets. Participate in interface strategy discussions with product management and engineering teams. Support commercial teams by presenting IT architecture to customers. Manage partner relationships for technical interface development. Profile The successful candidate will have; Experience with Networking Experience with Cloud architecture (AWS or Azure) Experience with SQL Experience in large projects, including request for tender processes. Working background of interfacing with both internal team members and external customers.
