Manchester Staff are looking for an experienced Field Sales Executive to join a very well-established business going through a period of significant growth. Our client is a leader in its field in the UK and has recently formed a 3-year plan which will see them triple in growth. They successful candidate will be sourcing previous & new business through face-to-face meetings throughout the Northwest promoting our client. Job Role: The successful candidate will have experience within a sales or business development role. Using your networking and communication skills you will strive to agree new deals with B2B clients. Your role will be based between the office, your home and meeting clients. Responsibilities: To manage existing and develop new business in the Northwest of England and M62 corridor. To monitor customer performance daily and deal with queries which may result in a loss of business or to gain new business. To understand and actively engage in the client's culture including Purpose & Values schedule including weekly huddles, High Performance Plans and Company workshops. To contribute to the internal sales strategies and GOALS meeting alongside fellow colleagues. Successfully deliver pricing and margin enhancement strategies. Confidentially promote and cross-sell additional products & services. To achieve monthly sales and gross margin targets as set by our client, and monitor them on an ongoing quarterly basis. To interact and communicate regularly with the sales office and to support the internal sales account managers. To ensure your relevant paperwork including call reports, outlook call plans, quotations, working platforms are recorded accurately and by the agreed time as set out by our client. Collaborate with the Marketing & Procurement Teams to identify and grow future business opportunities. Skills/Experience Required: Essential 2 years Field experience. The role; Attend a mixture of pre-booked and self-generated client visits within defined territory. New business acquisition throughout your territory. Development of existing business throughout existing client base. Achieving set revenue targets and key KPIs. Associated admin duties via CRM systems.
