Your new roleAs a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and co-ordinating teams of both directly employed and Sub-Contract labour.

You will also need to ensure that operational and financial targets and deadlines are met and that the works and services are implemented in accordance with the contract requirements.
To deliver & supervise site installation & commissioning activities, site teams and ensure all works/projects are completed on time, in budget and that quality of work is maintained.

The Field department conduct surveys with a variety people at their homes about their interests, opinions and concerns on behalf our different clients including government bodies, the media, national companies and charities on a broad range of topics.

We're currently recruiting a dedicated Fm Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Defence on a part time basis, contracted to 30 hours per week.

As a Site Supervisor you will coordinate, supervise and manage construction site activities by either taking control of an element of work on a large substation scheme or by delivering all site-based construction elements associated with a smaller High Voltage Electrical scheme.
You will aim to continually develop and improve communications and performance within the Projects and Construction Teams.
The key requirement of the role is to ensure construction delivery on-time and too budget to fully satisfy customer requirements.
