You will also need to ensure that operational and financial targets and deadlines are met and that the works and services are implemented in accordance with the contract requirements.
This role is crucial in the success of the Field department which is part of the Operations Division.
The Field department conduct surveys with a variety people at their homes about their interests, opinions and concerns on behalf our different clients including government bodies, the media, national companies and charities on a broad range of topics.
As a Site Supervisor you will coordinate, supervise and manage construction site activities by either taking control of an element of work on a large substation scheme or by delivering all site-based construction elements associated with a smaller High Voltage Electrical scheme.
You will aim to continually develop and improve communications and performance within the Projects and Construction Teams.
The key requirement of the role is to ensure construction delivery on-time and too budget to fully satisfy customer requirements.
We are currently recruiting for a Site Supervisor with 5 years experience in electrical or mechanical installations in an engineering company to join our client's growing business.

As Mechanical Supervisor, you will be responsible for, but not limited to, organising and supervising all site activities, ensuring all site operations are in accordance with programme specifications, conducting site inspections, recording the progress of works as well as ensuring schemes are safely completed on time, within budget and to specified quality.
What You'll Need To SucceedIn order to be successful, you will have previous experience in mechanical works within the building services industry in a supervisory capacity and hold an SSSTS (or SMSTS) qualification.
In addition, you will be able to liaise with key stakeholders and be a detail-orientated individual.
