Our client is a prominent UK based charity, seeking aService Desk Analyst to join their established team.
The Role
As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing 1st and 2nd line support including application support to circa 1200 staff nationally in an ITIL based environment.
Join our team of Field Service Engineers (internally you'll be known as a Field Technician) and earn a competitive salary of £29,000, plus overtime (on average £4,700) and performance-based commission of £2,500.

The successful candidate will preferably have previous experience within the Utilities sector however a strong interest in this field and good maths skills will be accepted.
They will have strong organisational and communication skills (both verbal and written), with the ability to work under pressure and a willingness to learn.
The key service is to provide an invoice validation service to our clients ensuring only correct invoices are paid.
Looking for someone enthusiastic about IT and computers who enjoys repairing them, to work for a business based in Cardiff who specialise in IT systems in shops.
You will work in the Workshop refurbishing and repairing PC's, Printers, Screens / Monitors and EPOS equipment down to component level.
